Holland College Residence - Glendenning HallGlendenning Hall is a new student residence constructed for Holland College in 2009. The residence was expanded in 2011 to accommodate additional student capacity. MCA Consultants Inc. were responsible for the design of all mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and automatic controls. The design included heat recovery ventilators, district heat and water saving fixtures incorporated to achieve operational energy efficiency.
