About This Project

Dosecann was a buildout of a 42,000 sq.ft. Health Canada regulated facility for product development, extraction, formulation, filling and packaging for cannabis products in accordance with cGMP requirements.  The facility includes several ISO8 Clean Room Suites as well as flammable processing suites and support areas.

MCA Consultants Inc. were the project HVAC and process utility design engineers.  MCA’s commissioning/qualification team provided document preparation and on site execution for the facility’s HVAC and building/process utilities in accordance with cGMP requirements.  In addition to the traditional mechanical and process utility design services, MCA Consultants Inc. provided the Owner and Design Build Contractor with design assistance as it relates to the specific requirements of cGMP facility layout, best practice considerations, and flammable liquids processing systems.
