Summary
Invesco is an international independent investment management firm. They have facilities worldwide and have specialized investment teams managing investments across a comprehensive range of asset classes, investment styles and geographics.
Invesco expanded their operations to Charlottetown, PE in 2007. Based on leasing agreement with Charlottetown Area Development Corporation a new 45,000 sq.ft. three story office building was constructed for Invesco corporation to provide required office space. The building successfully obtained LEED CI certification making it the first LEED certified building on PEI.
Invesco continued with their commitment to the Charlottetown facility with a 20,000 sq.ft. expansion in 2014. They also fully renovated the original office space in 2020 to meet their ongoing expansion and services provided.
MCA Consultants Inc. were the prime mechanical consultant on all projects.
